Delivery & Shipping

Please contact our front desk, and we’ll be happy to reschedule your delivery for a time that’s convenient for you.
We’ll provide you with a two-hour window the day before your scheduled delivery. Timing may vary depending on the size of your order.

Product availability is listed on each item page. If for some reason you do not see this, please contact the store directly. We’ll be happy to check availability or let you know if the item would need to be ordered.
If your item arrives damaged, you can let the delivery team know and they can take it back on the truck. You can also contact our customer service team right away with photos of the damage. We’ll review the issue and go from there to determine the next best step, whether that’s a replacement or a return.
Stock items may be returned within 7 days of purchase. If we need to pick up the item, a 10% restocking fee and an additional delivery fee will apply.This policy does not apply to special orders, which are final sale and not eligible for return.For further questions, please contact the front desk.
Yes, mattresses are eligible for return under our 30-day sleep guarantee. Please note that a return fee will apply. For full details, contact the store.

Yes! Swann's Furniture offers special financing allowing you to buy now and pay over time. For more details, please contact the store or visit our financing page.
You can apply for financing online or in-store. Once approved, you can use the card to make purchases and manage your account online. Please note that financing is not available for clearance items.
If you choose to finance your purchase, you typically will receive payment details directly from the financial provider you were approved through. They will outline your billing schedule and next steps.
